The Kenwood Fire waterfight team scored an upset victory in the annual Firefighters
Waterfights by defeating the heavily favored and three consecutive year champs
from the Glen Ellen Fire Protection District. The event, now over thirty years
old, drew teams from many fire departments and is hotly contested each year.
